Sister Religions?

"Sister Religions?" is a series of interviews looking at the historic and present-day
relationship between Islam and Judeo-Christianity.

The five programs feature interviews with Bishop Michael Nazir-Ali (President of the Oxford Centre for Training, Research, Advocacy & Dialogue), Elizabeth Kendal (human rights activist raising prayer for threatened Christians through Religious Liberty Monitority), and Dr. Mark Durie (Anglican pastor, and Shillman-Ginsburg Writing Fellow at the Middle East Forum).

Topics included are: The foundation of Islam; What does classical Islam mean by the 'house of peace' and ‘the house of war'? Persecution of the Coptic Christians in Egypt by the Muslim Brotherhood; The kidnapping, murder and enslavement of Christians in Nigeria by Boko Haram. While filmed before the conquests of Islamic State in Syria and northern Iraq, in which tens of thousands of Christians were ethnically cleansed, insight is provided for the plight of Christians living under Islam today.
